SCOPE OF DUTIES:
Responsibility for the station’s own
smooth service process
Carrying out the “mis en place” (preparing the workplace)
Preparation of accounts
Good communication in service
Coordination of the service process with the restaurant & kitchen
Fast and guest-oriented handling of complaints
