TASK AREA:
Various maintenance and repair tasks
Technical control and operation of central systems such as heating, alarm system, etc.
Assumption of seasonal janitor tasks such as winter service, among others
Checking and ensuring the functionality
Ensuring the functionality of exterior and interior lighting
cleaning and maintenance of outdoor facilities
parking and picking up cars
baggage service
WHAT WE EXPECT:
Work experience
German language skills
driving license
Training as an electrician an advantage
