Become part of the dedicated Silvretta Summits team! We are looking for a Chef de Rang (m/f/d) for the winter season (starting from mid-November) for our half-board restaurant ALPIN.
DUTIES:
Responsibility for the department’s service process without any problems
Carrying out the “mis en place” (preparing the workplace)
Prepare billing
Good communication in the service
Coordination of the service flow with the restaurant & the kitchen
Fast and guest-oriented handling of complaints
WHAT WE EXPECT:
Training as a waiter completed
Professional experience as Chef de Rang
good knowledge of German and English advantageous
